Fun Facts


  • Booth setup begins at 11:00am, with tear down complete by 9:00pm. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of their own booth.

  • The show will go on, rain or shine!

  • Running water and power are not available.

  • Work exhibited at the festival must be consistent with the application. Applications without images will not be considered.  Applications are subject to approval.

  • Vendors who have not paid in full by 06/03/16, may not be considered.

  • Refund/cancellation policy: 50% refund before 06/03/16.

  • Vendors are responsible for their property, do not leave your booth unattended.

  • Vendors are responsible for compliance with the laws of Washington State, King County, and the City of Seattle, and to obtain any and all permits and sales tax necessary.
