Booth setup begins at 11:00am, with tear down complete by 9:00pm. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of their own booth.

Running water and power are not available.

Work exhibited at the festival must be consistent with the application. Applications without images will not be considered. Applications are subject to approval.

Vendors who have not paid in full by 06/03/16, may not be considered.

Refund/cancellation policy: 50% refund before 06/03/16.

Vendors are responsible for their property, do not leave your booth unattended.

Vendors are responsible for compliance with the laws of Washington State, King County, and the City of Seattle, and to obtain any and all permits and sales tax necessary.
