Garden Share

June 10

The Garden Share will be outside the Station Coffee Shop every second Saturday of March through September.

Share and receive plants, seeds, gardening supplies, and books. The seed library will be freshly stocked with seeds you can start inside for summer crops like tomatoes, peppers, and eggplant. Find cold weather crops you can start outside now.

Bring your extras, and take what you can use!

From 10 am to 2 pm, outside the Station Coffee Shop on 16th Ave S just north of Beacon Hill Light Rail Station.

Beacon Arts and Seattle Office of Arts and Culture
Neighborhood Recovery Grant Awards

Beacon Arts is pleased to be offering a one-time Request-For-Proposal for arts and culture recovery funding for Beacon Hill & Mount Baker. These funds have been available through the City of Seattle Office of Arts and Culture (ARTS) and are being distributed through Lead Organizations throughout Seattle.

We can now announce the awardees for the Beacon Hill and Mount Baker neighborhoods. Our only regret is that we could not fund all of the great proposals we received. Our community review committee reviewed 22 applications and made the difficult decision to award 11 of them. This decision was made in order to spread the available funds to as many worthy projects as possible.

Full list of awardees here.
