For 25 years I have been a ceramic artist, with my own business and also as a resident artist affiliated with Seward Park Clay Studio. I make hand built, one-of- a-kind functional and decorative clay ware using the layering of textures, painting, and etching. Themes in my work draw from the natural world of the Pacific NW - my longtime home and place where I am most rooted. In recent years, along with a small group of artist friends, I've been hosting market events and classes. It's been lovely growing a community of mutual support amongst artists and makers.
